1989-1990: ALITALIA SPA: business cooperation
Appointed as consultants for the development of business relations with the Latvian Airline, AVIALAT. Work during the course of the collaboration programme involved, in particular, handling the feasibility plan for the exchange of goods (cargo carriage) between the two airlines.

1990-1992: SAFILO SPA: industrial cooperation
Appointed as consultants for technology transfer and installation of a plant for producing optical material in the Republic of Georgia - CIS: work involved handling the agreement from its early stages - from the offer's preparation right through to negotiating the terms of the supply contract.

1990-1992: Consorzio COPROLA: industrial cooperation
Appointed as consultants for Russian Federation to single out industrial projects in the sectors of light industry, agriculture and food: work involved conducting in-depth market research in the requested sectors, locating suitable local partners, and negotiating the terms of agreements between the parties.

1991-1992: FIAT SPA: export operation
Acquisition and management of supplies for an area of the Russian Federation: work involved providing assistance for exporting, with particular reference to procedures for importing goods into the Russian countries.

Acquisition and management of supplies for an area of the Republic of Latvia: work involved providing the company with assistance in obtaining the order and in negotiating the terms of agreements with the local partner.

1992-1993 REPUBLIC OF GEORGIA
Government appointment by the Prime Minister of Georgia for the purpose of extending bilateral cooperation relations with Italy: work included, in particular, handling the application for Aid Credit (law 49/87) for the supply of systems and products relating to the agricultural and food industry.

Appointed to organize operational meetings between Lombardy's regional authorities and the Balkan Republics: work involved organizing a number of meetings between the local SMEs and Baltic SMEs, and coordinating the press office for the initiative.

Appointed as consultants for the opening of points of sale in the Russian Federation through franchising agreements: work involved finding partners, furnishing a target market analysis and examining the local legislative system.

Czechoslovakia: Buyer's credit of 36 mil. DM with the Czechoslovakian State-controlled body for the supply of an industrial project in the drinks business and relevant technical assistance.
Russia: Buyer's credit of 103 mil. ECUs for the "turnkey" planning of the International Center for Business and Studies (ICBS) in Moscow.
Rumania: Buyer's credit of 90 mil. DM for the "turnkey" production of a textile plant in the City of Arad.
Russia: International leasing agreement for 10 mil. USD for the production of an agricultural and food industry plant in the City of Krasnodar.

1993-1994: DE SMET SA - BELGIUM: industrial cooperation
Appointed as consultants for technology transfer to the Russian Federation: work included finding the local partner and financial instruments for the project, and drawing up supply contracts.

1993-1994: PLANT GROUP SPA: industrial cooperation
Appointed as consultants for know-how and technology transfer to a food company in the Ukraine: work included furnishing support to locate a local partner, negotiating terms and drawing up the relevant supply contracts.

1994 CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OF BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS:
business cooperation
Definition of collaborative relations between businesses in Massachusetts and firms in the Veneto area, for agreements between American and Italian companies. Agreement between the Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce and Padua's API (small and medium-size industries association), with the setting up of a desk in Boston. Organization of business-specific seminars. Participation with various Italian companies in the business at the Boston Restoration '95 show, with a stand and press conference.

1995 - ICEP PORTUGUESE TOURISM AUTHORITY: events
Workshop for journalists in Portugal organized on behalf of ICEP. Series of initiatives in Lisbon and Coimbra as part of centennial celebrations of the birth of Saint Anthony. Press conference in Rome in the foreign press room.

1995-1996: DESTRO SPA: business cooperation
appointed as marketing consultants for the Caucasus area: work involved assisting with marketing analysis for the area, with particular reference to systems for distribution.

1996 CONSORZIO TURISTICO GIOTTO: events
Sister Cities International. Organization of City of Padua's participation in Boston from 24 to 27 July 1996. Design and preparation of stand, press office in Boston and, for the Triveneto area back in Italy, escort service and organization of events and meetings.

1996 NATIONAL GALILEO TELESCOPE - LA PALMA (Canary Islands): events
Advertising, brochure, video for official opening of the La Palma Telescope (Canary Islands). Administration office, press office and reception for those attending "The Three Galileos" conference, Padua 7-10 January 1997, in association with Nasa, Jpl, Esa, Dara.

1998-1999: SAN BENEDETTO SPA: industrial cooperation
Appointed as consultants for the production of a mineral water bottling plant in the Republic of Georgia: work involved finding the local partner directly, conducting the feasibility study for the project, and providing the company with assistance during all stages of negotiation of agreement terms.

1997 MUNICIPALITY OF TBILISI Republic of Georgia: SME cooperation
Appointed to locate Italian SMEs interested in developing cooperative relations in the Caucasus area.

1998 PADUA EXHIBITION CENTRE-TOURIST BOARD: events
Initiative coordination. Graphic design and production of brochure and institutional video submitting the Veneto regional authorities' application to host the UIA International Union of Architects 2002 World Congress at the presentation held in Barcelona.

1999 MINISTRY OF FOREIGN COMMERCE OF GEORGIA
Government appointment for the purpose of locating funding programmes to create an Agency for the Development of Cooperation in the Caucasus area.

1999 ASTRONOMY DEPARTMENT - UNIVERSITY OF PADUA; GALILEIANA ACADEMY: events

On behalf of the Venice provincial authorities, Jesolo local authorities and Venice Chamber of Commerce for Industry, Agriculture and Handicraft (CCIAA). In association with the World Tourism Organization, Italian State Tourist Office (ENIT), the Italian Ministry of Productive Activities.
Organizational management of annual tourism show focussing on Eastern Europe in particular. Finding appropriate Media partners. Production of logo and illustrative material on the show. Finding appropriate channels and advertising material to be used. Management of workshop for operators. Accommodation arrangements for participants. Determination and coordination each year of 5 themed conferences.

2002-2003 GEORGIA PROJECT: external aid
The project, in association with the Ministry of Energy of Georgia, the Italian Ministry of Productive Activities and Eurekos, entails research into the "geophysical state of Georgia's infrastructures", with particular reference to the large dam on the River Jvari. Creation of website with addition of project results as they come in. CD-ROM, production of printed material and organization of a presentation in Tbilisi and a conference in Italy.

2002-2003 FONDAZIONE LANZA: events
Organizational and strategic assistance in organizing the 5th International Conference on "Environmental ethics and policies. Enterprise styles and sustainable development", Kiev (UKRAINE) 2-6 April 2003. Dealings with Enterprises, Trade Associations and Government Associations, with particular reference to the Environment sector. On-site organization of matchmaking between Italian and Ukrainian enterprises.

2002-2003 ISI PROJECT RUMANIA: external aid
Partner in the Italy-Rumania collaborative project with the Rumanian Ministry of Tourism, Italian Ministry of Productive Activities, Soges, ENAIP for "Training and services for businesses" in the tourism industry. Vocational and managerial training for the development of tourism concerns. Technical assistance and advice for Rumanian government bodies. Organization of conferences and workshops for operators in Italy and Rumania. Tourism strategies on the subject of training and guidance, reorganization and tourism marketing.
